Insert the SmartChip and battery
1. Always switch the device off, and disconnect the charger before removing the battery.
With the back of the device facing you, press the cover release button (1), and slide the back cover in the direction of the
arrows (2).
2. If the battery is installed, use the finger grip to lift the battery from the battery compartment in the direction of the arrow
to remove it .
3. Insert the SmartChip into its slot (1).
Ensure that the beveled corner of the SmartChip is pointing to the lower right corner of the device and the contact area on
the card is facing the device. Slide the SmartChip until it is securely positioned (2).
4. To insert the battery, align the contacts of the battery with the corresponding connectors on the battery compartment, insert
in the direction of the arrow, and gently click the battery into place.

5. Insert the locking catches of the back cover into the corresponding slots (1). Press down on the bottom corners of the cover,
and slide the cover in the direction of the arrow (2).
